there are three assessment point in glasgow coma scale : motor, verbal, and eye opening.
MOTOR

- extension to painfull stimuli
- flexion to painful stimuli
- withdraws from pain
- withdraws from touch
- moves spontaneously
- Makes no sounds
- inconsolable, agitated
- inconsolble, moaning
- consolable crying
- smiles, oriented to sounds
EYE OPENING
- none
- to painful stimuli
- to voice
- spontaneous
3 coma or death
>= severe
9-12, moderate
>= minor
