1. Total Blood Volume (TBV):

2. Extracorporeal Volume (ECV) Ratio:

$$\text{ECV (\%)} = \left(\frac{\text{Volume Bowl}}{\text{TBV}}\right) \times 100\%$$ (Batas aman toleransi priming alat tanpa PRC pada anak: < 10–15% dari TBV)

3. Estimated Plasma Volume (EPV):

• Metode Kaplan / Nadler (Sesuai BB/Luas Permukaan): $$\text{EPV} = (1 - \text{Hct}) \times (864 + 47{,}2 \times \text{BB})$$
